Why choose CHARM Baby Australia?

I’m April, the owner of CHARM and a mum too so I know what it’s like to buy baby furniture online. I know what I do and don’t like about the items I have in my child’s room, so can offer you assistance when it comes to decision time. I’m a stay at home mum who uses these items on a day to day basis, not some corporate bigwig who doesn’t understand what does and doesn’t work. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm AEST (excluding Public Holidays). If your order is urgent, please get in contact with us and we will do our utmost to assist! We don’t want your newborn sleeping in a chest of drawers, do we?!

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of the furniture sold by CHARM is sourced from Australia and will be sent directly to you from our suppliers, cutting down your wait time. While we do our best to ensure items are delivered to your door within ten business days, occasionally we will run into an unavoidable delay. We apologise most sincerely should this happen and will endeavour to speed up the process as much as possible.

 

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use your tracking number to check for updates whilst the item is in transit and a final email will be sent once it has been delivered.
